REVIEW AND PREPAREDNESS MEETING ON THE PRIME MINISTER'S INTERACTION WITH BENEFICIARIES OF VARIOUS GOVERNMENT SCHEMES HELD AT ZUNHEBOTO

A review meeting on the status update for all the concerned Heads of Offices in connection with the Hon'ble Prime Minister's interaction with beneficiaries of various schemes/ programmes of the Government of India was held on 27th May 2022 at the office chamber of the Deputy Commissioner, Zunheboto.

20 beneficiaries are to be identified and should be present for interaction with the Hon'ble Prime Minister on 31st May at Town Hall Zunheboto at 9:00 AM.

            The concerned departments are to identify beneficiaries for the schemes under their respective departments. Logistics arrangements for network and video conference will be done by DIO, NIC, JTO, and BSNL, uninterrupted power supply by EE Power, pre-event publicity and communication, coverage of the event, post-event publicity, and PA system arrangement will be done by DPRO Zunheboto, Nodal officer for beneficiaries and network connectivity by SDO Civil Zunheboto, logistic arrangement by ADC Zunheboto and communication assistant will be EAC (Estt), Zunheboto.
