RO Kohima, Kevingoto Kulnu has informed all the landowners that disbursal of land compensation (cheques) regarding the acquisition or outright purchase of additional land for the establishment of Medical College at Phriebagei, Kohima Village will be made in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kohima on the 4th July 2022 at 10:00 AM.

He has informed the Chairman of the concerned Village or representative authorized by the Village Chairman to be present physically for identification of landowners or beneficiaries during the disbursal of cheques, failing which payment would be withheld. All affected landowners and beneficiaries have been requested to bring along 5 (Five) recent passport size photos (not to scan), Aadhaar card (Xerox copy), and Bank Passbook (Xerox copy).

The notification also added that Payment to any other representative other than the concerned person would "NOT" be entertained. This was issued for strict compliance by all concerned.
