SDO (PHED) Wokha, Teka Mayang Ao has informed the public of Wokha town Urban Water Supply consumers that due to the Highway construction that have started in the town, the mainline (100mm dia GI pipe & 80 mm GI pipe) on the highway in ETSUCHUKHA Colony areas leading to the main reservoirs located at Ganga Post area and NAP Camp areas will have to be dismantled and laid at a new alignment leading to non-supply of water to consumers during the utility shifting from works starting from 11th February 2022.

As such, the PHED department expresses its regret to the consumers and requested them to kindly bear with inconvenience caused till the water supply main lines are replaced at the earliest possible time.
