The second phase of Absentee Voting in the category of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), senior citizens, and Covid patients was conducted on the 20th of February 2023.

The polling teams visited the applicant's place of address to enable them to vote through the postal ballot facility. Seen in the picture is one of the elderly people voting at his residence on 20th February 2023. (Polling Station 47 under 38th Wokha A/C/ Wokha Town XXIII-23).
