Director of Industries & Commerce, K. Hokishe Assumi inaugurated Special Handloom Expo "HORNBILL" NERTPS sponsored by Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, under Development Commissioner for Handlooms, at Urban Haat, Dimapur on 8th April 2021.

      Altogether 30 stalls from three states: Assam, Manipur and Nagaland are participating in the Expo. The Expo will continue for a period of 14 days. 

            The objective of the Expo is to showcase the products of the weavers as well as to improve their economy.
