In an Official press release it has been announced that Task Force for Music and Arts (TaFMA Nagaland) and MusiConnect Asia are now organizational partners and will jointly work towards promotion of artists related to music from Nagaland at international platforms. MusiConnect Asia has 51 countries and several world class festivals under its umbrella. This partnership will help to disseminate the rich cultural heritage of North East of India within Asia and beyond.
The MOU signed mentions that MusiConnect Asia and TaFMA will pursue joint collaborations to organize music summits, music expos and other music related events that will help in growing and adding value to the existing music and arts ecosystem of the state of Nagaland. MusiConnect Asia and TaFMA will jointly engage in bundling and promotional activities at international events for creating a sustainable model for local artists of the state of Nagaland.
Neiphiu Rio Chief Minister Nagaland had earlier tweeted announcing the Institutional Partnership between MusiConnect Asia and TaFMA and assured that the partnership will promote and propel musicians from Nagaland to greater heights and bigger music arenas. He also wished success to everyone involved.
