Tuensang District Task Force for COVID 19 Vaccine held a meeting at DC’s conference hall Tuensang on 6th February 2021. The meeting was chaired by Kumar Ramnikant IAS DC & Chairman TDTF.

The District Immunization Officer highlighted that a total of 335 health care workers were vaccinated in 10 session and another 9 more session to go for the health care workers for first phase.

She said that a total of 5052 front line workers have registered for the second phase vaccination processes. For the first round of second phase, employees of DC office, Police and Urban departments are earmarked, she said further asking the departments to submit the beneficiary list who are already registered for the approval for the session where 100 beneficiaries will be immunized per session. 

The members also discussed on the loopholes in the vaccination processes and the DC & Chairman also stressed on awareness campaigns in local platforms.
