Skill Training Of Rural Youth (STRY) on the topic “Organic Farming” was organized by ATMA Kohima District, in association with State Agricultural Management & Extension Training Institute (SAMETI) Nagaland & National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management (MANAGE) from 7th – 12th March 2022 at Community Hall, Khonoma.

Resource persons for the six-day training were Keviu Shuya, Dy. PD (ATMA) and Rokoshuno Angela, Dy.PD (ATMA), Kohima. The resource persons gave comprehensive and in-depth teaching inclusive of both theoretical via PowerPoint presentations and practical demonstrations followed by distribution of radish, pea, french bean, HQPM-1 (maize), and carrot seeds to the participants after which certificates were distributed to the participants after the training.
