In commemoration of World Environment Day 2022 for the Mega Tree Plantation drive, tree saplings will be distributed under Chozuba Sub-Division.

The tree saplings will be available at the GA Rest House, Chozuba from 3rd June onwards. Villages under Cheheba Circle can collect from EAC Office Chetheba and BDO Sekruzu will distribute for Sekruzu Circle from Sekruzu Town.

The number of saplings for Thipuzu 1000; Rihuba 500; Phuyoba 500; Khulazu Bawe 750; Khulazu Basa 750; Chesezu 1000; Thenyizu 1000; Chesezu Nasa 500; Thuvopisu 1000; Runguzu Nawe 750; Runguzu Nasa 750; Khusomi 500; Chozu Basa 500; Chozuba 1000; Yoruba 1000; Suthozu Nawe 750; Suthozu Nasa 500; Ruzazho 1000; Ruzazho Nasa 500; Thurutsuswu 750; Khutsami 500; Phuhgi 750; Dzulhami 1000; Chetheba Town 1500; Chozuba Town 2000 and Sekruzu Town 1000.

A notification issued by Additional Deputy Commissioner, Imokokla has directed the SDAO and the Ranger, Forest department will be the overall in-charge for Chozuba Town, the BDO for Chetheba and Sekruzu and all heads of offices and staff of government will participate in the exercise.
