ADC Pfutsero, Japheth Woch, NCS graced the Tsiikhenyie open penalty shootout held at Pfutsero sports complex on 9th April 2022.

In his speech, Woch called on the participants to play with determination, discipline, and the spirit of sportsmanship. He declared the tournament open. 

Tsiikhenyie folk song was performed by Neiwii-ii mero and Mhechie-ii kapfo. The program was chaired by Wezazhi Mero. The tournament was organized by Lirhii Tro, Pfutsero. 

27 teams are taking part in the penalty shootout. The winning team will be awarded Lt. the Tekhe K. Mero trophy along with a cash award of Rs. 40,000/- and runners-up Rs. 20,000/- with citations. The semi-finalist will get Rs. 5,000/- each while the best goalkeeper, best shooter, and best-disciplined team will be awarded Rs. 2,000/- each.
