Tuensang District Task Force for COVID-19 had a meeting on 18th June 2021 at DC’s conference hall, Tuensang. The meeting was chaired by DC & Chairman DTF Tuensang, Kumar Ramnikant, IAS.

The members discussed on the new SOP of the High Power Committee of the state and on increasing the COVID test ratio and vaccination drive in the district. The Medical Department, Tuensang was also asked to update the test and vaccination data daily, not weekly, so that it will be helpful for the DTF to plan and execute as per the data.

The house also discussed to target the drivers of taxis and buses of Tuensang at priority for the safety and to contain pandemic. It also agreed to allow opening of all essential dealing shops to open all days of the week and non-essentials to open on alternate days.
