Additional Deputy Commissioner Bhandari, Tiameren Chang, NCS, today issued an order dated the 13th April 2020, stating that wearing masks has been made mandatory for the public of Bhandari sub division.

The directive for prevention and containment of Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic, comes into immediate effect as Bhandari sub division is placed on high alert with positive cases having been reported from the neighbouring Golaghat district of Assam.

He also issued directive on regulation on essential commodities with a prescribed quantity permissible for purchase by a family per day for strict adherence by the public.
