To commemorate World Bicycle Day, 2022, Nagaland State's first Bicycle rally/race organized by Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan Nagaland, was held at DDSC stadium Dimapur on 3rd June 2022.

Special guest, Advisor Youth Resources and Sports Er. Zhale Neikha flagged off the rally while EAC Dimapur Khiuzan Kaurinta spoke on the importance and advantages of cycling as a fitness activity. From NYKS Nagaland, John Makhabo welcomed the gathering.

All together 75 cyclists took part in the rally. Laison, Nodeto, and Adrian K. Vizo were the winners of the rally race and were all part of the gear thrills. Dithrong L. Bomrre 4 years old was the youngest participant and I. Along 44 years old was the oldest participant. The special category for best female cyclist was won by Orenbeni Kikon.
