During his visit to the Kohima War Cemetery on 27th February 2021, Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare, Science and Technology and Earth Sciences, Government of India, Dr. Harsh Vardhan paid homage to the Indian and British soldiers who sacrificed their lives while fighting in the famous Battle of Kohima in 1944. He also laid a wreath at the War Memorial along with his lady wife.
