Educated Unemployment Block (EUB) cum yellow chain office was inaugurated at Kiphire on 8th September 2021 by MLA T.Yangseo Sangtam. During the programme he encourage all the educated youths to take up skill development as in the present scenario many talented youths are wasting their time waiting for the Government job. He suggested all the youths not to depend on the Government but to move ahead by taking up various skills as more schemes can be avail from the Centre.
