Zeliangrong Students' Union, Nagaland felicitated meritorious 2021 students in Peren Town Hall on 3rd September 2021.

ADC, Peren, MhathungTsanglao, NCS addressing the gathering said the felicitationprogramme was an important event to inspire and encourage the students’ community. He asked the young people to use their talent and to be humble and honest. Tsanglao urged the students to have good moral and understand people's problem. He challenged them to develop skill knowledge in many subjects and to remember their parents and teachers.

PungbabeRangkau, top four HSSLC moon (Science Stream) holder spoke on behalf of toppers. She gave thanks to her parents and elders for their support and appealed for their continuous support in their future endeavours.

AakamPame, President congratulated the students who passed with good results and brought laurel to the community. Pame asked the students to persevere and work hard to achieve their goals and vision. He added that in the modern age,specialisation in the respective subject is needed. Pame encouraged those who failed in the present academic year and stated that failure is the pillar of success to work harder.

The special guest gave away the prizes to the toppers. Voice of victory was sang by All Saints Higher Secondary School choir.
