Along with  rest of the world, Zunheboto district celebrated International Women's day at town hall on 8th March at 10:40 AM under the theme “Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a Covid 19 world”, jointly organised by district administration, Sumi Totimi Hoho, Social Welfare Department, District level center for women- MSK and Sakhi OSC.

            The programme started with   banner march from SBCZ ground to town hall which was led by EAC Zunheboto N. Nyamok Konyak.

            The programme was chaired by EAC N. Nyamok Konyak while short speeches were delivered by Advocate, Easter, UBSI Women PS, Kengbame, Teacher Cornerstone School, Dr. Shikatoli, Inakali Swu and Assistant General Secretary, Grace. EAC, Orenthung Kikon also spoke at the occasion and exhorted the womenfolk on various aspects of life. Ikali, Social Welfare Officer delivered the vote of thanks
