Deputy Commissioner and DEO Tuensang, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa held a consultative meeting with Political Parties of Tuensang on 21st March 2025 at DC Office Chamber Tuensang. 

During the meeting with the representatives of the political parties, she highlighted the importance of revisions of Electoral Roll, rationalisation of polling station, Aadhaar linkage with EPIC Card as directives of the Supreme Court, awareness programme for enrolment of new voters and intensive SVEEP campaign especially in the rural areas.

During the interaction session, the party workers sought for transparency in the polling station and highlighted misuse of power by BLOs in the polling stations.
