A seminar on the Importance of Oral Health and Ill effects of Tobacco, Cum Dental Health Camp was held at Nagaland Police Training School Chumoukedima organised by National Oral Health Programme Dimapur.
The Oral and Dental Health Camp was conducted with the Rank and Files of Nagaland Police Training School Chumoukedima on 22nd February 2025 by the National Oral Health Programme (NOHP) and National Tobacco Control Programme (NTCP), Dimapur
In her welcome speech, the Principal of Nagaland Police Training School extended her gratitude to the Programme Officer and team for conducting such an important seminar camp, and requested all the personnels and family members to not miss the golden opportunity and avail the services provided.
Dr. N.Moa Jamir, District Nodal Officer NOHP & NTCP presented PowerPoint on the topic “The importance of oral health and ill effects of Tobacco consumption”, followed by an interactive session.
Oral Cancer screening, consultation and tooth extraction was carried out during the Camp. Free medicine was also provided to the patients.
