ADC & ADMINISTRATOR WTC, WOKHA NOTIFIES

ADC & Administrator, Wokha Town Council (WTC), K. Mhathung Tsanglao, hereby informs all shops and business establishments, restaurants and hotels under Wokha Town Council that it is mandatory to make available hand washing facility or keeps hand sanitizer for use by customers and the shop keepers/ salesman/ waiters with effect from 23rd November 2020.

Non compliance shall result in First offence penalty of Rs. 500/- (Five hundred and warning. Offence after One (1) week of 1st offence shall result in sealing of the establishment with or without suspension of registration/ License wherever applicable, till facilities are provided.

This is for strict compliance of all shops and business establishments, restaurants and hotels under Wokha town Council.
