ADC, Mokokchung, Shashank Pratap Singh, IAS, has informed all the Landowners/individual/Groups/Societies/Other Government/ Non- Governmental agencies to clear/ vacate the acquired buildings, plantations, utilities or any other structures within the compensated land/ areas under Section 9 (1) (2) of the Nagaland Land Requisation  and Acquisation Act 1965, for construction of two lane with hard shoulders Changtongya – Longleng Road).00 Km to 7.100 Km (under Mokokchung District)within 15 (fifteen) days from the issue of this notice.

Further, it is hereby stated that after the stipulated date, the acquired land will be taken possession by the Ministry of Road Transport & Highway (MoRTH) for construction of 2 lane of Changtongya – Longleng road (SARDP-NE) immediately without further notice.
