The Administration Authority Kiphire has informed the general public that a Career Orientation & Job Opportunity Session will be held on 8th August 2025 (Friday) at the Zisaji Presidency College (ZPC) Auditorium, Kiphire, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. 

The session is being organized in collaboration with Eagle Crest Training Academy & Consultancy under the Nagaland Skill & Entrepreneurship Development Mission (NSEDM). 

This event aims to create awareness about various employment opportunities in the hospitality sector, and guide youth in navigating career pathways through skill-based training and placement support. Individuals, including job-seeking youth, school and college graduates, and interested individuals looking to build a career in the hospitality or service sector, can attend this programme,

Highlights of the event will include orientation on hospitality careers, introduction to training and placement programs, interaction with officials from Eagle Crest and NSEDM, and registration opportunities for upcoming batches.

All Government Higher Secondary Schools (GHSS), Government High Schools (GHS), Private Schools, and Colleges under Kiphire District are directed to nominate and ensure the attendance of a minimum of 12 students from their respective institutions for this program without fail.

This initiative aims to motivate and equip students with employability skills and introduce them to real-world career prospects. All interested individuals have been encouraged to attend the event and avail this valuable opportunity.
