The Full Text is as Follows:

“A total of 111 COVID-19 positive cases have been detected today - 63 in Kohima, 48 in Dimapur. The total number of positive cases in the State now stands at 6,429.

Out of the 6,429 positive cases, the total recoveries so far are 5,207. The active cases are 1,150 and there have been 12 deaths. As per the severity of symptoms, 1,102 active cases are asymptomatic, 44 active cases are mild and 4 active cases are moderate.

Further, out of 6,429 positive cases, the distribution across various categories of people are: 3,059 cases of Armed Forces/ Police, 1,519 cases of Returnees, 1,503 cases of Traced Contacts and 348 cases of Frontline Workers.

A total of 52,001 samples have been sent for testing through RT-PCR and results of 51,025 samples have been received. In addition, a total of 28,685 samples have been sent for testing on Truenat and results of 28,606 samples have been received. Through Rapid Antigen Test 1,907 samples have been tested”.
