B.S. Nganlang MLA & Chairman DPDB Longleng dedicated the new Log Drum of Thamji Morung at Yongnyah village, Longleng on 30th April 2022. 

In his dedication speech, Nganlang emphasized on the importance of Log Drum beatings, symbolising unity, peace and harmony in the society. He stated that log drum is one of the most important and rich cultures inherited from the forefathers and called upon the gathering to preserve it and continue the same spirit to pass on to the younger generation.

The programme was chaired by Dr. Manan MO, and dedicatory prayer was pronounced by Bongam. Hatom Thee and Nginjaila presented traditional dances and songs.
