On 6th April 2022, the 4th Inter-Departmental Football Tournament under Changtongya Sub-Division Mokokchung, organized by Sub-Division Departmental Co-ordination Forum (SDDCF), started which will last till 9th April 2022 at Local Ground Changtongya.

At the opening function, ADC Tuli Shaying Sheu urged the organizing committee to include women's games too in the next tournament, he declared of tournament open.

while delivering the vote of thanks   Rorheu Peseyie SDO (C) Changtongya mentioned the significance of the tournament which is to bring unity and get to know all the government employees working under the Changtongya Sub-Division. The programme was chaired by Imkongchuba.
