Two-day Training on Introduction to Line Array Deployment and Digital Console application is underway at the Directorate of Information and Public Relations, on 30th June 2025.

In the introductory session, Director of IPR, Dzüvinuo Theünuo emphasized that learning is an ongoing process. She highlighted that the department is upgrading its equipment, which will be managed by the trainees themselves. She urged all the participants to keep an open mind and embrace the opportunity to learn something new.

Theünuo mentioned that well-trained and well-equiped employees are vital to the success of any department and further highlighted the program's objectives and expected outcomes. She also advised them to learn as much as possible from the experts in the training session which will benefit the trainees and the department. She acknowledged the efforts of resource persons and trainers, and encouraged active participation.

Resource person, Audio Engineer and Proprietor, Audio Garage, Atsunglir Jamir in a short note expressed his gratitude to the department and the trainees for the continuous cooperation and initiation of the training program. He stressed that, in the world of audio development, lots of technical development has improved. He mentioned that, participants in this training program will learn some of the key control issues in Audiography. He also urged the trainees to be interactive to share, explore, and discuss concepts and issues related to sound and audio correction.

He explained that the training is focused on Line-Array which is a speaker system having multiple speaker units with the same characteristics arranged vertically to emulate a linear acoustical source and a Digital Console Application is a program that primarily utilizes a text-based interface, also known as a command-line interface, to interact with users. Digital mixing consoles are typically used in recording studios, public address systems, sound reinforcement systems, broadcasting, television, and film post-production.
