CMO OFFICE AND PWD COLONY WOKHA SEALED

Chief Medical Officer Office (CMO), Wokha, and one particular house under PWD Colony (GB.H/NO.66) Wokha are being SEALED with immediate effect till further order.

Deputy Commissioner & Chairman District Task Force for COVID-19, Orenthung Lotha, in exercise of the power conferred under Section 30 (1), (2) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 and in order to take effective measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, in the district, the above order was decided during its emergency meeting held on 3rd August 2020, in view of the detection of one positive COVID-19 a staff of CMO Office Wokha which is a resident of PWD Colony, Wokha, and as per the guideline on prevention measures to contain the spread of COVID-19, the Deputy Commissioner & Chairman District Task Force for COVID-19 for Wokha order temporary sealing of the CMO office and PWD colony for 72 hours following all healthy measures and SOP’s of the Government till further order.
