On the occasion of poshan maah a programme was organised by ICDS Wakching Block on 11th September at council hall Wakching Town. The programme was chaired by Polem, Coordinator held under the theme "Providing of locally available nutritious food to the Children".

Speaking on the occasion she stressed on the importance of nutrition and covid-19 awareness. 5 (five) SHGs participated in the programme. The cooking competition was judged by Wanshon Konyak KNSK President Wakching Town & Pelong Konyak women leader Wakching Town Baptist Church.  Wannya Konyak of Mongshei Khung SHG Wakching Chingla emerged the winner.
