DC Dimapur, Rajesh SoundararajanIn, has informed that in the interest of public safety there will be total restriction of all movement from Chathe River Bridge (Patkai Bridge) to Kukidolong from 12 noon on 13 October 2020 (Tuesday) till 12 noon on 15th October 2020 (Thursday) for restoration works.

He stated that the restriction is necessitated as a precautionary measure to prevent any injury, loss of life and damage to property.

General public may take the alternative route from Dimapur-Kohima/Kohima-Dimapur for light vehicles only via 7th mile-New DC Office-Shokhuvi-Razaphe-Mhaikam-Pimla-Mhainamtsi-Jhornapani-Medziphema and vice versa. All concerned may take note of the same for necessary action, he informed.
