DC MOKOKCHUNG INFORMS ON REQUISITION OF VEHICLES IN THE DISTRICT

In view of the implementation of the ‘Nagaland Epidemic Diseases (COVID-19) regulations 2020’ and conferred under the Epidemic Diseases Act 1897, Deputy Commissioner, Mokokchung, Limawapang Jamir has informed that any vehicles (Both private/Govt.) will be requisitioned for any emergency situation in the district arising due to the outbreak of COVID-19. Therefore all the Govt. officials/Public/Firms/Establishments are directed to comply with this order.

Any person/group acting in violation of this order shall be deemed to have committed an offence under section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
