Deputy Commissioner, Mokokchung, Limawapang Jamir has informed that a special COVID-19 vaccination drive will be conducted for all the District Task Force frontline workers, health care workers, sanitation workers, commercial vehicle drivers, shopkeepers and traders (above 18 years of age) at the District Hospital, Mokokchung Town on 19th June 2021(Saturday).

Time slot for vaccination of different groups will be as follows:

1. DTF Frontline Workers, Health Care Workers, Sanitation Workers: 10 AM onwards.
2. Commercial Vehicle Drivers, Shopkeepers and Traders: 1 PM onwards.

Any of the following documents should be brought along for on the spot registration.

1. Adhaar Card
2. Driving License
3. EPIC
4. PAN Card
5. Pension document with photograph
6. NPR Smart Card
7. Travel Passport
8. Ration Card with photo details like Name, Gender and Age
