The Deputy Commissioner, Tseminyu has informed that the Reform Utsav is a nationwide time-bound reform campaign launched by The Prime Minister of India to solicit, source and implement systematic reform suggestions from citizens in the onward march towards Vikshit Bharat -2047. The Reform Utsav is structured around three pillars of delivery with the following activities and timelines.
1. Jan Manthan (Discover) activities. Citizens Submit input through the Reform Utsav portal. Structured outreach and sensitisation activities are undertaken. Suggestions received are sorted classified timelines from 2nd October - 30th October 2026.
2. Vimarsh (Deliberate) Deliberation by concerned line departments at the State and Central levels.
Suggestions are classified as Quick - Win or Medium - Term reforms. Feasibility is assessed and ownership is assigned to the concerned department from 10th October - 30th November 2026. Jan Samadhan (Delivered)
Quick - Win reforms are implemented directly, while Medium-Term reforms are submitted along with a clear roadmap for implementation. Progress is centrally tracked through the Reform Utsav Portal from 10th October - 20th December 2026. The above three pillars will be followed by Sankalp Sidhi (Celebrate and Commit) from 25th to 27th December 2026 marking the culmination of the Reform Utsav Campaign.
The objective of the Reform Utsav is to provide a platform for citizens to share their valuable suggestions, ideas and feedback on reforms and improvement in governance and public service delivery. The campaign seeks to promote greater citizens participation, transparency, innovation and responsiveness in the reform process.
In this regard, the DC Tseminyu, Japheth Woch, has informed and encourage all citizens of Tseminyu district to actively participate in the Reform Utsav Campaign by sharing their suggestions, ideas and feedback on reforms and improvement in governance and public service delivery.
The DC further requested all citizens to submit their suggestions through the Reform Utsav Portal and the details of which shall be widely disseminate and publicized by the District Administration as and when the Portal become active.
