Deputy Commissioner, Wokha, Orenthung Lotha has informs to all passengers Vehicles plying towards Kohima/Mokokchung/Dimapur from Wokha are herby permitted movement of vehicles within the district / State under the following condition.

1. Drivers and attendant of commercial taxi and passengers should compulsorily wear masks at all times.
2. The drivers/attendant should make mandatory provision for hand sanitizers for use by the passengers.
3. Only passengers wearing masks must be allowed to travel.
4. Non Locals travelling to Wokha without proper ILP/Government Official ID card should not be allowed to board the vehicle or pass any of the check gates.
5. The Rates of commercial taxi bound will be given under- Wokha to Kohima-Rs.500/- per person, Wokha to Mokokchung-Rs.500/- per person and Wokha to Dimapur-Rs.1000/- per person.
6. The number of passengers for all vehicles should be as per the norms of social distancing, Sumo 5 passengers, Alto/Van 3 passengers.
7. The above provisions for all commercial passenger vehicles shall be monitored and enforced by a joint team comprising of District Administration, Police and DTO.

This order is issued for strict implementation with effect from 1st September 2020 throughout Wokha district till further order.
