The Mission Director, National Health Mission, Nagaland Dr. Kevichusa Medikhrü, felicitated M/s Ramietech Solutions, Kohima, for their valuable contribution in the form of IT equipments, telecom equipments, softwares and manpower services, towards setting up of Nagaland COVID-19 Toll Free Helpline Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System at the Directorate of Health & Family Welfare, Kohima. This was done from their part, keeping in mind the urgent requirement of the Department for setting up of a dedicated helpline to address citizen queries and offer call based services for the benefit of citizens in Nagaland during COVID-19 times. Their generous gesture has helped immensely in mitigating the situation that has arisen during this pandemic.

The felicitation was held at the office chamber of the Mission Director, DH&FW on the 13th of August 2020 in the presence of Dr.Khriezotuo Paphino, Jt.Director, DH&FW and M/s Ramietech Solutions was represented by Kanchimong, Manager of the firm. The firm has also assured the Department of all possible help in the days to come.
