DTF KIPHIRE RESOLVES TO MAINTAIN STATUS QUO

The DTF members Kiphire held meeting on Saturday evening, 13th June at District Planning and Development Board hall, chaired by DC Smti Sarita Yadav.

Discussing with respect to inter/Intra District movement of passengers and conveyance, the members agreed to maintain status Quo restricting free movements.

 After a person is released from Kiphire institutional Quarantines, the DTF members agreed to let the Councils take responsibility to receiving their people from respective Sub-Divisions i.e Pungro and Seyochung. 

DC Sarita informed that a person is released from Quarantine after attestation that he or she was negative (-ve), and completing 14 days or more in the Quarantine. So she said there should be no hesitation or lapse in receiving those person released from Quarantine. She said.

Right now, more than 150 returnees have been kept in Kiphire institution Quarantine. To accommodate more people, Quarantine has been prepared in GHSS with good facility. Kiphire right now anticipates More than 50 more returnees from northern India.
