The District Treasury Office, Phek has informed all the concerned pensioners drawing their monthly pensions from District Treasury, Phek for Physical verification for the current year 2026-2027 with effect from 5th Oct. 2026 to 8th Oct. 2026 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM as scheduled below:

On 05.10.2026: Life pension (File No. 01 to 513), and Family pension (File No. 01 to 140). On 06.10.2026: Life pension (File No. 514 to 826), and Family pension (File No. 141 to 280). On 07.10.2026: Life Pension (File No. 827 to 1011) and Family pension (File No. 281 to 399). On 08.10.2026: Life pension (File No. 1012 and above), and Family pension (File No. 400 and above).

Pensioners are informed that verification form may be collected from its office from 21st September 2026. One copy of recent passport and photo copy of Aadhaar card will be required for the verification.

It further informed that monthly pension payment will be stopped as per CTR 368 for pensioners whoever fail to attend physical verification.
