Governor & Chairman NEZCC La. Ganesan paid his maiden visit to NEZCC Dimapur on 9th March 2023. In his address, the Governor congratulated all the officers and staff of NEZCC led by its Director Dr. Prashana Gogoi for their tireless efforts in promoting and preserving the rich cultural heritage of the North East region.

The diverse cultures of the North Eastern states need to be promoted and preserved and NEZCC is committed to preserving the rich culture and heritage. The Governor also thanked the Centre for encouraging documentation of various forms of arts, music, and dance which are disappearing.

Meanwhile, Director NEZCC presented the welcome address, while Yotsu Cultural Club (Lotha), Chakhesang Zuve Cultural Club, and Tsunso Cultural Club (Yimkhiung) performed the cultural dance and a vote of thanks by D. Vashum Jt. Director, NEZCC.
