The Government of Nagaland has constituted the State Level Monitoring Committee (SLMC) and the District Level Monitoring Committee to facilitate the implementation of financing facility under the Agriculture Infrastructure Fund:-

Functions of SLMC

1. The State Level Monitoring Committee (SLMC) will implement the NIMC guidelines at the State level and provide feedback to NIMC.
2. The SLMC will guide and steer the implementation of the scheme in the State.
3. The SLMC will examine and approve the selected list of beneficiaries/projects for inclusion in the scheme in consultation with District Level Monitoring Committee.
4. The SLMC will set the target as per OOMF format and review the progress regularly.

District Level Monitoring Committee

Function:

1. The District Level Monitoring Committee (DLMC) will be the first line of implementation and monitoring system within the overall framework.
2. The DLMC will identify the beneficiaries to ensure viability of the project and prepare viable project reports to support the beneficiaries in collaboration with PMU.
