GOVT ISSUES MODIFICATION ORDER FOR ATTENDANCE IN OFFICE

In pursuance to the order dated 28thJuly 2021 by the High Court in case no. PIL 6/2021, the office order of the Home Department even number dated 17thJuly 2021 on the above subject stand modified to the extent until further orders, that the employees of the Nagaland Civil Secretariat and Directorates who haven't taken a single dose of vaccine against COVID-19 and are required to produce COVID-19 negative test report by getting tested ever/ 15 days through either RT-PCR/TrueNat/CBNAAT for attending office, may get tested at the Government testing facilities without any charge, and further that the salaries of those employees who haven't taken any single dose of vaccine against COVID-19 will not be stopped beyond 31stJuly 2021.
