In view of the detection of Covid-19 positive cases and in order to take effective measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in the district, the Deputy Commissioner and Chairman DTF, Kiphire, Rahul Mali, IAS has ordered the sealing of Houses no.189(C), 166 and 26 at GHS Ward and house No.140 at rest house ward Kiphire town with immediate effect till further Order.

Any person violating these containment measures will be liable to be punished as per provision of Section 51 to 60 of the Disaster Management Act 2005, besides legal action under Section 188 of the IPC.
