Rengma Sports Association (RSA) Ground in Tseminyu came alive as the 75th Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav and the 77th Indian Independence Day were celebrated with fervor. MLA Ar. Jwenga Seb graced the event as the special guest. He unfurled the national flag, took the salute, and delivered the Independence Day speech.

The festivities included a spirited rendition of the national anthem by Christian School Tseminyu, along with a pledge to achieve a drug-free Nagaland. An inspection of five parade contingents led by 4th NAP Tseminyu added to the patriotic fervor.

Cultural performances took center stage, with a folk song by Lakethyu Logwa and a lively folk dance by Tseminyu village. The event was further enriched by the formal inauguration of exhibition stalls representing various departments. Additionally, a CCTV system at the police station in Tseminyu was inaugurated, enhancing security.
