In continuation of the various notifications, orders and circulars issued by the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Zunheboto and in pursuance to the order of the office of the Chief Secretary, Nagaland vide No. CSO/GAB-I/COM/GEN-I/2020, dated, the 4th May, 2020, the following shall be applicable to Zunheboto district with immediate effect until further notice;

1. The general public shall continue to strictly maintain social distancing, and wearing of face masks, even home-made, will continue to be mandatory.

2. All social/political/sports/entertainment/academic/cultural/religious gatherings will continue to remain barred.

3. There shall be restrictions on gatherings at public places of more than 5 people.

4. The movement of individuals, for all non-essential activities, shall remain strictly prohibited from 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

5. All persons above 65 years of age, persons with co-morbidities, pregnant women, and children below the age of 10 years, shall stay at home.

6. All schools and educational institutions, including home tutorials and vocational institutions shall continue to remain closed till further orders.

7.  People coming into Zunheboto district from anywhere within Nagaland shall not be subjected to quarantining. 8.Taxis shall be permitted to ply within Zunheboto district only on the condition that they carry a maximum of 2 (two) passengers. Both the driver and passengers should wear masks and carry hand sanitizers. There shall be no hike in the fares charged failing which the permit shall be liable to be cancelled.
