The Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC), Kohima has notified that it will hold a public hearing on 10th November, 2026 (Tuesday) from 11:00 AM onwards in the office of the Nagaland Electricity Regulatory Commission on the proposed Tariff Petition filed by the M/s. Soleos Energy Limited, Gujarat before the Commission for determination of Generation Tariff for proposed 15 MW Solar Power Plant at Tuli, Nagaland.

The Firm had published the summary of the Petition on 8th October, 2026 in 2 leading English daily Local Newspaper inviting suggestions/objections from the concerned stakeholders to be submitted to the Secretary NERC latest by 30th October, 2026.
