In continuation of the order issued by the Office of the Chief Secretary, Nagaland wherein directions for the strict adherence to the consolidated revised guidelines of lock down throughout the State have been given with immediate effect upto 03/05/2020.
As regard the construction activities allowed vide para 4 (I) of the consolidated revised guidelines it is further clarified that the allowed construction activities will be as follows:-
- Construction of roads, irrigation projects, buildings and all kinds of industrial projects, including MSMEs, in rural areas, ie outside the limits of Municipalities/Town/Urban stations, and all kinds of projects in industrial estates.
- Construction of renewable energy projects.
- Continuation of works in construction projects, within the limits of Municipalities/ Town/ Urban stations, where workers are available on site and no workers are required to be brought in from outside.
Further at all the locations where construction activities are proposed to be commenced, strict measures will be taken to ensure social/physical distancing and all other necessary health safety protocols.
