Department of School Education has issued the following instructions in regards to the Class XI Admissions (Both Online & Offline modes) in all Govt. Higher Secondary Schools in the State of Nagaland.

1. Students/Parents shall Login into the ‘Online Admission Portal’ through the link given at the department’s website https://education.nagaland.gov.in and submit applications for schools and streams of their choice following the guidelines given at the portal.
2. One student can apply for admission to any number of schools and streams of his/her choice.
3. The portal will be kept opened from 15th to 22nd June 2020 for submission of applications.  
4. Students/Parents facing difficulties for using the online facility may download the Application Form from the portal and submit the duly filled in Forms to the respective schools on or before 22ndJune 2020.
5. School wise List of Selected Candidates along with Waiting List will be published at the ‘Online Admission Portal’ on 27thJune 2020.
6. Details of Admission Fee to be paid and particulars of bank accounts of respective schools will be made available at the portal.
7. Selected Students can pay the admission fee using any mode of online payment to the bank account of the respective school or pay cash directly at respective schools from 27th June to 4th July 2020.
8. Students making online payments will have to forward proof of payment such as Receipts, Screenshot of Payment Confirmation etc to the WhatsApp Number/Email ID of respective Schools provided at the portal.
9. Class XI Repeaters (2019-20) of GHSSs need not submit applications. They can directly pay the Admission Fee to the bank accounts of respective schools as per the procedures given in Sl. Nos. 7& 8above from 15th to 22ndJune 2020. The proof of payment should be forwarded to the respective schools before 4 p.m of 22nd June 2020.
10. All candidates are advised to preserve proof of forwarding copies of payment receipts to the WhatsApp Number / Email ID given at the portal till they get Admission Confirmation Message from the respective school email IDs.
11. Submission of application at the portal does not guarantee admission. Selection of candidates will be done by the respective schools as per their intake capacity in order of merit.
