Information from the state of Nagaland in connection with the Covid-19 the state emergency Operation Centre Control room COVID-19 Joint Secretary to the Government of Nagaland Hiazu Meru informed that the status of Covid-19 Cases tested 1405 and found Negative cases 1100 and positive were 04 and the tested result awaited 305. Further Hiazu Meru stated that person cured and death is nil so far. As of 3.00 pm on 26th May 2020 a total of persons have been screened and a total of 2956 persons are under facility quarantine. It is also inform that all the existing guidelines with regard to the lock down in all parts of the state will continue to remain operative till the issuance of fresh guidelines. Further Joint Secretary said that there was no report of shortage of Essential Commodities services for now and also said that the state has been getting medical eguipments from different parts of the country transported with the help of IAF and Air Cargo by Ministry Civil Aviation. It also stated that out of the 1405 cases tested a total of 374 samples were sent to BSL-3 Lab at NHAK for testing and result of 99 samples were received and out of which 4 samples tested Positive and the result of 275 samples are awaited he added.
