KOHIMA DTF UPDATES ON RANDOM SAMPLING

As per the directive from the State Government to pursue aggressive testing by the Department of Health & Family Welfare during the lockdown, the Kohima District Task Force (DTF) on COVID-19 has been conducting aggressive random sampling since the declaration of containment zone declared by the Government.

STATE LABOUR DEPARTMENT INFORMS

 

 

Owing to the present pandemic situation, huge displacement of interstate migrant workers is taking place all over the country. Therefore, in order to facilitate such workers, the Nagaland State Labour Department as per the direction of Ministry of Labour and Employment Government of India, is opening facilitation centre in the office of the Assistant Labour Commissioner in all the respective districts.

The Management Committee under Block Task Force on COVID-19 Chozuba Sub-division, Phek held an emergency meeting on 14th may 2021 at ADC’s Office Chozuba and deliberated on COVID-19, total lockdown and the measures to contain the virus.

DC TUENSANG ORDERS FOR STRICT COMPLIANCE

Deputy Commissioner Tuensang, Kumar Ramnikant IAS has issued the following directives for strict compliance: 1. Shops selling essential commodities, vegetables, fish/meat vendors, milk booths, bakeries, local grocery stores, hardware, animal feed in all locations shall be open from 6:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Shopping of essential commodities shall be regulated through one card one household system. The shopping card for each household shall be issued by the respective ward authorities.
