DGP NAGALAND CALLS FOR CHANGE IN MINDSET

On 8th March 2021, International Women's Day was celebrated at PHQ, Kohima Nagaland. T.John Longkumer IPS, Director General of Police, Nagaland graced the occasion as the Special Guest. Temjensenla, AIG (P) presided over the function. The keynote address on this year's UN theme Women in Leadership: Achieving an equal future in a Covid -19 World was delivered by Roopa M, DIG (CID/HR&SJ).

1ST OPEN SUPER SIX CIRCKET TOURNAMENT TO BEGIN

            The First open super six cricket tournament organised by the United Brothers will be held at the Ruzuhukhrie Government Higher Secondary School Ground, Kohima on 12th and 14th March 2021 with entry fee of Rs. 1,500. The winning team will walk away with Rs. 10,000 and the runners up will get Rs. 5,000.

DC MON NOTIFIES LAND PERMIT HOLDERS

            DC Mon, Thavaseelan K IAS, on 8th March 2021 issued an order notifying all private land permit holders of Government lands with standing quarters in Mon Town jurisdiction to submit their permits for verification and authentication within 7 days from the issue of the order.

SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPT NOTIFIES

            The department of School Education has notified to all the Private Schools of the State under Elementary Sector that Application forms for Recognition, Up-gradation, Renewal of Recognition and Opening of Pre-School shall be issued by the Directorate of School Education till 31st March 2021, time 11AM to 1PM from the date of issue of this order and last date of submission shall be on 15th April 2021.No application shall be entertained after the stipulated period.
