“As at 4 P.M. today, a total of 952 samples have been sent for testing from the State. The results of 914 samples have been received and all have been tested as negative. The results for the remaining 38 samples are awaited. Today, a total of 3004 persons have been screened and a total of 1406 persons are under Facility Quarantine
Today, the State Government has ordered that all the existing guidelines with regard to the Lockdown in all parts of the State issued vide Order dated 04.05.2020, will continue to remain operative till the issuance of fresh guidelines.
The Chief Secretary, Nagaland conducted a video conference meeting with all the Deputy Commissioners, Superintendents of Police and the Chief Medical Officers of the eleven districts today, and deliberated on the quarantine arrangements being made for the stranded citizens of Nagaland returning from other States and all the protocols that need to be followed.
A total of 4,095 citizens of Nagaland presently outside the State, have opted for staying back at their respective places, and filled up the required form, on the portal iamstranded.nagaland.gov.in for availing the one-time assistance for Rs 10,000 (ten thousand). The facility for making application closed at 7:00 pm, yesterday. Regarding arrival of stranded people into Nagaland from other States, a total of 1382 persons have already arrived till date.
Through the Nagaland COVID-19 Toll Free Helpline Number- 1800-345-001, of Health & Family Welfare Department, a total of 595 calls have been registered for telemedicine consultation, Mental Health Counselling, Digital support for app users, COVID Information Centre and Complaints and Grievance Redressal. A total of 759 persons are currently being monitored through the nCOVID-19 Nagaland- Visitors App.”
