The full text is as follows:

“As at 4 P.M. today, a total of ­­961 samples of suspected cases have been sent for testing from the State. The results of 914 samples have been received and all have been tested as negative. The results for the remaining 47 samples are awaited.  In addition a total of 25 samples have been tested by Truenat and all are negative.

Today, a total of 2967 persons have been screened and a total of 1352 persons are presently under Facility Quarantine.

In partial modification of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for persons entering Nagaland issued by the Empowered Group, it has been ordered that all persons entering the State from 18th May 2020 onwards, irrespective of the place of origin of journey shall undergo mandatory 14 (fourteen) days Institutional Quarantine at the designated centers and thereafter proceed for 14 (fourteen) days mandatory Home Quarantine.

In respect of persons above the age of 60 years, children below the age of 10 years and parents and pregnant women and accompanying spouse, they will be thoroughly screened and on the advice of the Medical Team at the Quarantine Centre, be sent for mandatory Home Quarantine for 28 (twenty eight) days with active surveillance. The modified provisions of the SOP will however, not apply to those persons who have already entered the State before 18th of May 2020 from Orange/ Green Zones and have not crossed Red Zones en route to the State.

As of today, a total of 932 persons are currently being monitored through the nCOVID-19 Nagaland- Visitors App.”
